1 Day Open Water Swim Clinic May 20th

May 20th 2012 DG Multisports will be conducting  a 2 hour open water swim clinic.  This will be perfect timing to get a jump on the 2012 triathlon season.

Topics Covered:

-Sighting

-Buoy turning

-Mass Starts

-Cold water consideration/techniques

-How to choose proper wetsuit/equipment

-Differences of pool swimming vs. open water swimming

Information you need to know:

-Clinic will be half lecture/half swimming from 2-4pm near the outdoor pursuits concession stand across from NIC

-Dee Fraser (level 2 triathlon coach), and Professional Triathlete Derek Garcia will be there to give instruction.

-Wetsuit mandatory to participate in swimming portion

-Limited to first 25 people who sign up
